Loosely based on the movie Il Marchese del Grillo, we create our restaurant and cocktail bar with the desire to fuse together two different souls and create a unique and surprising space.
The soul of Carbonaro inspired our Roman Osteria, devoted to tradition, simplicity and genuineness in every aspect: from the choice of ingredients to the menu, from the preparation of the dishes to the dining room staff.
On the other side, there is the soul of the noble Onofrio del Grillo from which our Amaro Bar takes inspiration, with its refined atmosphere of the bourgeois salons where the Marquis loved to spend his free time.
